Industries we assist
The MFC system from Environheal can assist in resolving the most difficult wastewater management issues in enterprises. See how we are assisting industries in ensuring permit compliance, reducing risk, and lowering costs.

Food and beverage
Whether it's upgrading existing treatment or starting from scratch, Environheal's solutions make wastewater treatment more sustainable and efficient. We treat extremely high strength wastewater up to 150,000 mg/L BOD, removing up to 86% BOD, TSS, and 30% nitrogen.

Petroleum
MFCs may be used to remove hydrocarbons. It is used as an industrial preparation for wastewater generated during transportation, tank cleaning, and line cleaning. We assure regulated discharge by lowering the amounts of phenols, gasoline, diesel, benzene, and COD to undetectable levels.

Armed forces
MFC systems can be used to treat scattered wastewater on border side outposts and other military locations where sewer infrastructure is not accessible or authorized. Environheal has successfully demonstrated an MFC system for off-grid wastewater treatment and chemical toilet replacement, producing fertilizer, water and electricity as a result.

Textile industry
We provide the most effective, efficient and economical biological dye degradation technology with least energy required for dye degradation. Infact our developed technology is energy positive and will help textile MSMEs to comply with the existing wastewater discharge regulations of the country.

Public toilets
We provide solution to convert already existing public toilet infrastructure into resource generating platform by producing fertilizer, clean water and electricity from human urine. The electricity produced can be used to power lightbulb, exhaust fan and also charge mobile phones of users using the public toilet.

Circular homes
We are developing our technology to shift humanity towards extreme decentralization of waste treatment and resource recovery for circular homes and cities. This will further save billion of INR of money that would be spent on building new waste treatment infrastructure in the developing countries.
